【大賽目的】
進(jìn)一步提升真絲服飾產(chǎn)品的花型設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新能力，加強(qiáng)服飾時(shí)尚的國(guó)際合作交流，發(fā)揚(yáng)傳承美麗服飾文化，培養(yǎng)發(fā)掘優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)人才，促進(jìn)服飾經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮發(fā)展。
The aim of this competition is to promote accessory developing smoothly by enhancing necktie, accessory design creative ability ,to carry forward the outstanding accessory tradition，to find and train expert in this field and strengthenthe international cooperation in the field of fashion.

【大賽內(nèi)容】
真絲服飾產(chǎn)品的面料花型設(shè)計(jì)，范圍包括領(lǐng)帶、絲巾、家用紡織品三類產(chǎn)品。

【參賽辦法】
1.大賽面向全球征稿，有設(shè)計(jì)能力與獨(dú)特創(chuàng)意的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)、專業(yè)院校、職高、創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)室等設(shè)計(jì)人員、學(xué)生及其他設(shè)計(jì)愛(ài)好者均可參加，設(shè)計(jì)稿必須獨(dú)立完成。
2.征稿時(shí)間：2020年5月20日至2020年8月2日（來(lái)稿一律不退，請(qǐng)自留底稿），免收?qǐng)?bào)名費(fèi)。
3.獲獎(jiǎng)作品的版權(quán)歸主辦單位所有。
1. Any person from all over the world , designer, student, or design lover from any enterprise, college. secondly school, creative design room who has the design creative ability can take part in under the condition he can finish the works by his own efforts.

作品要求

【畫(huà)稿要求】
1.參賽作品設(shè)計(jì)稿須以紙稿形式參賽，設(shè)計(jì)作品須手繪或打印在紙稿上，以光盤(pán)、電子郵件等其他形式參賽的作品無(wú)效。
2.作品稿件不允許裱裝在KT板及類似板上，通過(guò)KT及類似板裝飾參賽的作品無(wú)效。
3.設(shè)計(jì)作品須是設(shè)計(jì)者原創(chuàng)作品，出現(xiàn)抄襲、模仿等涉及著作權(quán)糾紛稿件，取消參賽資格，由此引起的法律后果由參賽者自負(fù)。
4.設(shè)計(jì)稿可以組稿形式參賽，組稿限在4款作品以內(nèi)。
5.設(shè)計(jì)稿應(yīng)圍繞大賽主題，東方是太陽(yáng)升起的地方，喻示新的開(kāi)始；時(shí)尚的新潮從這里引領(lǐng)；您的設(shè)計(jì)作品將開(kāi)啟一片新的時(shí)尚空間。可在領(lǐng)帶、絲巾、家紡三個(gè)類別上選擇其中之一或全部，進(jìn)行面料花型（樣）圖案設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)稿須注明設(shè)計(jì)的類別。
6.畫(huà)稿尺寸要求：投遞稿件尺寸不得大于52㎝×35㎝，設(shè)計(jì)者根據(jù)領(lǐng)帶、絲巾、家紡不同類別的設(shè)計(jì)需要，在該尺寸范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行花型圖案設(shè)計(jì)。畫(huà)稿背面下載粘貼或自制28㎝×21㎝參賽者登記表格，要注明：姓名、性別、身份證號(hào)、出生年月、職業(yè)、單位、地址、郵編、電話、微信或QQ號(hào)、作品名稱、設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意說(shuō)明等（“CFW服裝設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)”http://art.cfw.cn 下載表格）。
1).All the design works for competition must be shown in paper, drawn by hand or typed on paper. Any other forms such as disk or email is useless.
2).Any design for competition must not be pasted on KT board. If any, it will be useless.
3).All designs must be designed in original, No copy or imitation is allowed. If such things is found, competition qualification will be cancelled and competitor have to bear the relative law duty due to his action.
4) Design can be presented in group but within 4 styles.
5).Design must be based on the competition theme, catching the good memory of the city life ,showing fashion correlative with life and the effect to the life. .Design can be chosen in one of the three products: necktie, scarf , home textile or all of them. You must point out in your design which kind it belongs to.
6). Size for the layout: The maximum size for the layout is 52cms x35cms.The designer can create different designs according to different products, necktie, scarf or home textile within this scope. On the back of the layout, please stick or made by yourself a paper size in 28cms x21cms with the following information: name, gender, ID number, birth date and year, career, unit, address, PO code, telephone number, QQ number, name of design and illustration. 大賽流程

【評(píng)獎(jiǎng)方式】
1.由主辦單位組織專家及著名設(shè)計(jì)師組成評(píng)委會(huì)。
2.2020年8月下旬，由評(píng)委會(huì)從應(yīng)征稿件中評(píng)選出30名優(yōu)秀選手的作品入圍。
3.9月由“中國(guó)領(lǐng)帶名城”嵊州市優(yōu)秀企業(yè)將入圍作品制作成實(shí)物，11月通過(guò)實(shí)物與畫(huà)稿綜合靜態(tài)評(píng)分方式，評(píng)出各類獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
4.在入圍作品之外，評(píng)出60件鼓勵(lì)獎(jiǎng)作品，制作獲獎(jiǎng)作品集并頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)。
1．A judging panel will be formed with famous designers and experts by the organizer
2. Judging panel will choose best works from 30 competitors before the end of August,2020 and selected different awards among them
3.In September,the works that are selected will be made into real sample by Shengzhou famous enterprises .In November,the judging panel will confirm each prize comparing the real sample with art works.
4.Besides,60pcs works more will be chosen as consolation prize and will be awarded certificate in the collection of prize-winning works .

二等獎(jiǎng)2名，獎(jiǎng)金15000元人民幣（稅前）
三等獎(jiǎng)3名，獎(jiǎng)金 8000元人民幣（稅前）
優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)22名，獎(jiǎng)金 2000元人民幣（稅前）
并頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯及獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)。
