從1920年起，勒·柯布西埃在其主編的《新精神》雜志上連續(xù)發(fā)表論文，提倡建筑的革新，走平民化、工業(yè)化、功能化的道路，提倡相應(yīng)的新的建筑美學(xué)。Since 1920, Le Corbusier has continuously published papers in the magazine “new spirit” edited by him, advocating architectural innovation, taking the road of popularization, industrialization and functionalization, and advocating corresponding new architectural aesthetics. 柯布將這些論文匯集為《走向新建筑》并于1923年正式出版，宣告現(xiàn)代主義建筑的誕生。Corbusier collected these papers into "towards a new architecture", which was officially published in 1923, announcing the birth of Modernist Architecture.

在其后1928年薩伏伊別墅的設(shè)計(jì)中，柯布展現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代主義著名的標(biāo)志——新建筑5點(diǎn)。這5點(diǎn)分別是：1、柱網(wǎng)承重，底層架空2、自由平面3、自由立面4、橫向連續(xù)窗5、屋頂花園 In the design of the villa Savoye in 1928, Corbusier showed the famous symbol of Modernism - 5 points of new architecture. These 5 points are:1.Pilotis – The replacement of supporting walls by a grid of reinforced concrete columns that bears the structural load is the basis of the new aesthetic.2.The free designing of the ground plan – The absence of supporting walls—means the house is unrestrained in its internal use.3.The free design of the fa?ade – By separating the exterior of the building from its structural function the fa?ade becomes free.4.The horizontal window – The fa?ade can be cut along its entire length to allow rooms to be lit equally.5.Roof gardens – The flat roof can be utilized for a domestic purpose while also providing essential protection to the concrete roof.
100年以來(lái)，全球建筑仍然延續(xù)著柯布所開(kāi)創(chuàng)的“新建筑5點(diǎn)”在前行。在現(xiàn)代主義建筑之后，又分別誕生了后現(xiàn)代主義、解構(gòu)主義等諸多流派，但至今沒(méi)有任何思想能取代“新建筑5點(diǎn)”的主導(dǎo)地位。Over the past 100 years, global architecture has continued the "5 points of new architecture" created by Corbusier. A · 必選：1、理念闡釋文本
闡述自己提議關(guān)于未來(lái)建筑的“新建筑5點(diǎn)”（具體提出1-5點(diǎn)不限，以建筑空間形態(tài)為主，不包含已達(dá)成共識(shí)的非空間類(lèi)發(fā)展方向如智能建筑、綠色建筑、低碳建筑），解釋提議點(diǎn)的涵義、應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景、相關(guān)案例、視覺(jué)效果、社會(huì)效益、創(chuàng)新性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性等。每個(gè)提議點(diǎn)的文本不少于100字，配圖不少于1幅，文件格式為doc及pdf。2、演示PPT用于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)或線上演講，表達(dá)上述“理念闡釋文本”的理念、應(yīng)用和效果，運(yùn)用幻燈片演示手段有效與觀眾進(jìn)行交流。PPT不少于5頁(yè)，不多于30頁(yè)，文件格式為ppt。 A · Required:1. Conceptual interpretation textExplain the "5 points of new architecture " (1-5 points are not limited, mainly in the form of architectural space, excluding the agreed non spatial development directions such as intelligent buildings, green buildings and low-carbon buildings), and explain the meaning, application scenarios, relevant cases, visual effects, social benefits, innovation and economy of the proposed points. 以下是ABBS官方提供的21世紀(jì)“新建筑5點(diǎn)”樣板參賽文本：
1：空中大地 Air Land 以相距9米的等高線層為主體，構(gòu)建架空的“群山”。在每層等高線“大地”層上設(shè)置各種功能單元，形成鏤空穿透、變化無(wú)窮的外立面和空間形態(tài)。
2：再造自然 Second Nature在空中大地上設(shè)置溪流、湖泊、瀑布、樹(shù)林、草地、沙灘、洞穴，以緩坡綠地連接上下層。形成立體穿插的新自然，200%綠化率才叫公園城市。
3：漫山庭院 Courtyard all over the hill在層疊的空中大地之山上，每戶(hù)自主選擇定制設(shè)計(jì)的獨(dú)立住宅。以高層住宅的容積率、便利性兼顧院落居住體驗(yàn)。讓中國(guó)人都有機(jī)會(huì)住“獨(dú)院”大house。  4：屋頂互連 Roof Connection建筑的外表面對(duì)居民開(kāi)放，可以散步、停留和玩耍，并且每片空中大地彼此相連。地面以斜坡、步道、外梯連接各大地層及屋頂。
5：縱橫鏤空 Hollowing out縱向看，空中大地每層平面大量空缺留白，貫通陽(yáng)光、氣流、水流和人流。橫向看，每層實(shí)體立面占用不到50%，空氣、光照和視線也是暢通無(wú)阻。

ABBS提交5點(diǎn)的理論基礎(chǔ) 分形（Fractal），以非整數(shù)維形式充填空間的形態(tài)特征，表現(xiàn)為對(duì)象在不同尺度的自相似。例如樹(shù)與樹(shù)葉。分形城市（Fractal City）建筑理論，由ABBS創(chuàng)始人之一的tears于1998年建立。提出“大城市病”是由于城市從2D分形進(jìn)化到3D分形的過(guò)程中，丟失了不同高度的橫向聯(lián)系，交通聚集于地面，城市停留在2.5D分形階段，導(dǎo)致人、物、氣流動(dòng)不暢的后果。具體的解決方案，就是以“空中大地”為核心的21世紀(jì)ABBS“新建筑5點(diǎn)”。

ABBS提交5點(diǎn) 帶來(lái)哪些好處？ 1、跨越式提高人居質(zhì)量每個(gè)家庭都有獨(dú)立式住宅的夢(mèng)想，又叫“別墅夢(mèng)”?？臻g自由，功能充裕，私有花園甚至泳池。而中國(guó)的建設(shè)用地有限，顯然無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足主流大眾實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)夢(mèng)想。并且別墅本身也不具備高層建筑那樣良好的視野、通風(fēng)、采光，以及生活配套服務(wù)的便利性。有沒(méi)有兩全其美的辦法，既能高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚，又能自由設(shè)計(jì)？既能方便生活，又能獨(dú)立空間？既保持容積率，又保證舒適性？答案就是“空中大地”。把建設(shè)統(tǒng)一的高層住宅，改為先建設(shè)間隔9米左右的等高線結(jié)構(gòu)層“大地”，業(yè)主再在結(jié)構(gòu)層上選購(gòu)屬于自己的獨(dú)立別墅。隨著國(guó)民收入的增長(zhǎng)提高，逐步圓了每個(gè)家庭的“別墅夢(mèng)”。在土地一點(diǎn)都不浪費(fèi)的前提下，讓中國(guó)人也住大house！ 2、城市基建可持續(xù)升級(jí)拖動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)住宅的建設(shè)已經(jīng)趨于過(guò)剩。在地鐵大建設(shè)完成后，城市傳統(tǒng)基建的施展空間也已經(jīng)不多。而中國(guó)面臨14億人向20個(gè)超級(jí)城市圈集中的轉(zhuǎn)型期。超大城市的人口增量不會(huì)全部擁擠到高密度的傳統(tǒng)住宅，而會(huì)有相當(dāng)部分的家庭升級(jí)換代到空中大地空中別墅。這將是未來(lái)50年國(guó)內(nèi)GDP增長(zhǎng)的主要拖動(dòng)力之一。也將成為中國(guó)新的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，向全球輸出。 3、公園城市真正實(shí)現(xiàn)習(xí)總書(shū)記提出建設(shè)“公園城市”的概念，就是讓人民居住與工作都能處于更好的環(huán)境。中國(guó)各大城市地平面的面積有限，終究難以都達(dá)到這樣的理想。而在全面生態(tài)化的空中大地上，溪流、湖泊、瀑布、樹(shù)林、草地、沙灘，都將推門(mén)可見(jiàn)，觸手可及，小區(qū)綠化率到達(dá)200%以上。立體化景觀的豐富性、參與度、娛樂(lè)性，更是傳統(tǒng)公園所不能比擬的。公園城市將真正走近千家萬(wàn)戶(hù)。 4、建筑內(nèi)部交通順暢在空中大地內(nèi)部，橫向、縱向、斜向的交通密布，各片空中大地之間，有天橋、廊道、傳送帶、纜車(chē)、索道、電梯、扶梯、滑梯連接，大大降低地面交通的需求，同時(shí)獲得立體的景觀和穿越體驗(yàn)。在傳統(tǒng)的4個(gè)立面以及第5立面（頂面）之外，獲得“第6立面”（4D流動(dòng)立面）的穿插視覺(jué)感觀。對(duì)于每個(gè)住戶(hù)來(lái)說(shuō)，也再也不用為了等電梯而花費(fèi)大量時(shí)間?；丶业穆烦潭际窃陲L(fēng)景區(qū)里漫步。 5、大幅降低火災(zāi)地震風(fēng)險(xiǎn)現(xiàn)有高層建筑圍合在封閉的外墻內(nèi)，缺乏足夠的避難層，消防車(chē)設(shè)備也很難抵達(dá)高層。垂直樓梯與電梯，在使用中很難做到防火密閉，導(dǎo)致火災(zāi)發(fā)生后形成煙囪效應(yīng)，幾分鐘內(nèi)可以燒遍數(shù)十樓層?？罩写蟮卮竺娣e架空，交通空間完全裸露于室外，空地上密布水體，都大幅度減少了火災(zāi)快速傳播的可能。而消防車(chē)甚至能直接開(kāi)到每一層空中大地，杜絕了救援死角。
