杭州·國際攝影手工書雙年展旨在發(fā)現(xiàn)、扶持、培養(yǎng)以攝影手工書為手段創(chuàng)作作品的群體和個(gè)人，探討攝影手工書對(duì)影像本體的邊界拓展作用，以及跨媒介結(jié)合碰撞出的各種回響。我們鼓勵(lì)使用攝影手工書展開新的言說，傳達(dá)積極、健康的社會(huì)價(jià)值觀和新時(shí)期攝影師的開放性創(chuàng)作。

本屆活動(dòng)采取推委推薦、自薦投稿兩種方式。組委會(huì)邀請(qǐng)包括知名策展人、出版人、高校教師、研究者、批評(píng)家、藝術(shù)家、收藏家等成員組成推薦委員會(huì)（名單后附），作者請(qǐng)?jiān)凇锻陡鍒?bào)名表》中填寫推薦人名字。
組委會(huì)郵箱photobooks@vip.163.com，有關(guān)本次活動(dòng)的相關(guān)事宜可通過郵箱咨詢。

擬評(píng)出入展作品60件，入展作品均頒發(fā)榮譽(yù)證書。并在入展作品中評(píng)選出8件支持作品：

各獲得獎(jiǎng)金5000元
評(píng)委推薦作品5件
各獲得獎(jiǎng)金1000元

2025年9月進(jìn)行評(píng)審。組委會(huì)將堅(jiān)持公平、公正、公開原則，邀請(qǐng)知名藝術(shù)家、圖書編輯、出版人、策展人等共同參與評(píng)審。

細(xì)則
1、對(duì)于足以妨害公序良俗的作品及行為，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)將立即取消入選資格。“妨害公序良俗的作品及行為”包括但不限于可能嚴(yán)重誤導(dǎo)公眾認(rèn)知、具有欺詐性質(zhì)等一切違反法律、道德、公共秩序或善良風(fēng)俗的情形。
2、不符合本征稿啟事規(guī)定的，不予評(píng)選；已入展的，將予取消資格；組委會(huì)有權(quán)收回作品稿酬、榮譽(yù)證書等，并可在媒體上通報(bào)。
3、投稿作品在寄送過程中損毀、滅失或遲到、未到的，相關(guān)損失及后果由投稿者自行承擔(dān)。
4、投稿者應(yīng)保證其為所投送作品的作者，并對(duì)該作品的整體及組成部分均擁有獨(dú)立、完整、明確、無爭議的著作權(quán)；投稿者還應(yīng)保證其所投送的作品不侵犯第三人的包括著作權(quán)、肖像權(quán)、名譽(yù)權(quán)、隱私權(quán)等在內(nèi)的合法權(quán)益，如出現(xiàn)侵權(quán)紛爭，后果自負(fù)。
5、本屆活動(dòng)不收參賽費(fèi)。對(duì)于所有入展作品，組委會(huì)有權(quán)以宣傳、展覽、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播、攝制、匯編等方式用于與本次展覽相關(guān)用途，不另行支付報(bào)酬，無需向作者另行取得授權(quán)。
6、對(duì)于未入展的作品組委會(huì)將在評(píng)選結(jié)果公布后一個(gè)月內(nèi)退還作者，入展的作品在展覽結(jié)束后一個(gè)月內(nèi)退還作者，郵費(fèi)由作者自理。
7、展覽實(shí)行評(píng)選結(jié)果公示制度，評(píng)選出的擬入選作品將進(jìn)行公示，并在此期間接受社會(huì)監(jiān)督。公示期滿后，組委會(huì)公布正式入展名單。
8、本屆活動(dòng)征稿解釋權(quán)屬于組委會(huì)。凡投稿者，即視為其已同意本啟事之所有規(guī)定。

The aim of the Hangzhou International Artisan Photobooks Biennal is to discover,support and nurture groups and individuals who use artisan photobooks as a means of creating works,to explore the role of artisan photobooks in expanding the boundaries of the image proper,and the various repercussions of cross-media combinations.We encourage the use of artisan photobooks to develop new discourses that convey positive and healthy social values and the openness of photographers in a new era.

Creation time of submitted works is not limited,with photography as the main expression.Subject matter,style of the works and number of submissions are not limited.

There are no requirements for nationality,age,or region of submitting author,new works and new participants are encouraged.

This year's event will be held in two ways:recommended by recommendation member and self-nominated.Organizing Committee invites recommendationmembers including renowned curators,publishers,university teachers,researchers,critics,artists and collectors to form a recommendation committee(list attached).Please fill in the name of recommender in the submission form.

SELECTION
Review will be conducted in September 2025.The organizing committee will adhere to the principles of fairness,impartiality,and openness,and invite renowned artists,book editors,publishers,curators,and others to participate in the evaluation process.
The list of Biennale judges will be announced before the selection.
EXHIBITION

REGULATION
1.Works and behaviors that are harmful to public order and morals will be disqualified immediately upon discovery.The term"works and behaviors prejudicial to public order and morals"includes,but is not limited to,those that may seriously mislead public perceptions or are fraudulent in nature,and other situations that violate law,morality,public order or good customs.
2.Works that do not comply with the provisions of this Contributions Wantedwill not be selected;those that have been selected for exhibition will be disqualified;Organizing Committee has the right to withdraw the payment for the work,the certificate of honour,etc.,and may be notified in the media.
3.If the submitted works are damaged,lost or late or do not arrive in the process of sending,the relevant losses and consequences shall be borne by the submitter.
4.The entrant shall guarantee that he/she is the author of the work submitted and has independent,complete,clear and undisputed copyright of the work as a whole and its components;the entrant shall also guarantee that the work submitted does not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of third parties,including copyright,portrait rights,reputation rights and privacy rights,etc.,and shall be responsible for the consequences of any infringement disputes.
5.No entry fee will be charged for this event.Organizing Committee reserves the right to use all works entered in the exhibition for purposes related to the exhibition by means of publicity,exhibition,information network dissemination,filming and compilation,without paying separate remuneration and without obtaining separate authorizationfrom the author.
6.For works not included in the exhibition,Organizing Committee will return them to the authors within one month after the announcement of the selection results,and for works included in the exhibition,they will be returned to the authors within one month after the end of the exhibition,with postage paid by the authors themselves.
7.The exhibition will implement a system of public announcement of the selection results,the selected works will be publicized and accepted for social supervision during this period.After the public display period,Organizing Committee will announce the official selection list.
8.The right to interpret the Contributions Wanted belongs to the Organizing Committee.Anyone who submits an entry shall be deemed to have agreed to all the provisions of this notice.
