  AR New into Old Awards
  隨著對建造全新建筑的可持續(xù)替代方案的需求變得日益迫切，AR New into Old獎項(xiàng)旨在表彰那些對建筑進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造性的改建從而使其用于全新當(dāng)代用途的做法。此獎于2017年推出，表彰對現(xiàn)有建筑結(jié)構(gòu)具有想象力的利用，讓建筑物煥發(fā)新生，包括巧妙的增建和大規(guī)模的改造。
  英國老牌建筑雜志The Architectural Review創(chuàng)刊于1896年，可謂見證記錄了整個(gè)近現(xiàn)代世界建筑的發(fā)展史。
  其設(shè)立的獎項(xiàng)除AR New into Old Awards外，還有"AR Women in Architecture Awards（女性建筑師獎）","AR Emerging Architecture Awards（新銳建筑獎）","AR House Awards（最佳住宅獎）","AR Library Awards（圖書館獎）","AR MIPIM Future Project Awards（未來項(xiàng)目獎）","World Architecture Festival（世界建筑節(jié)）"等等。
  AR系列的每個(gè)獎項(xiàng)設(shè)立背后都具有深刻的含義，在其表彰優(yōu)秀作品的同時(shí)，更深層的目的是為了鼓勵行業(yè)發(fā)展，尋找具有責(zé)任感、可以引領(lǐng)特定建筑類型未來發(fā)展、兼具獨(dú)創(chuàng)性與創(chuàng)新性的設(shè)計(jì)理念?？梢哉f，它是設(shè)計(jì)獲得國際成就的必經(jīng)之路。
  本屆AR New into Old Awards入圍名單中公布了16個(gè)入圍項(xiàng)目，獲獎項(xiàng)目6個(gè)，共計(jì)2個(gè)中國團(tuán)隊(duì)的設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目獲獎，占比33.3%。
  其中包括浙江大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目“青源智谷”；城村架構(gòu)與香港大學(xué)聯(lián)合設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目“福建土樓改造”。
