中山華僑城歡樂海岸中心綠軸公共空間設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽，邀你一同探討城市公共空間與本土文化歷史的共生關(guān)系。競(jìng)賽特邀多位建筑設(shè)計(jì)、本土文化的知名專家學(xué)者坐鎮(zhèn)評(píng)審席，面向高校學(xué)生這一最具活力與創(chuàng)新思維的群體，在這個(gè)夏天，競(jìng)奪20萬元獎(jiǎng)金。

Conceptual Design Competition of Central Green Axis Public Space in Zhongshan OCT Harbour, wish to open up conversations around the symbiosis of urban public space and local culture and history. The competition invites a number of well-known scholars and professionals in the fields of architectural design and local culture to sit on the judging table. We expect the most energetic and innovative student groups to compete for the 200,000 RMB prize in this summer.

競(jìng)賽主題為“與文化共生”，參賽者可以在長(zhǎng)達(dá)700米、橫跨東西兩岸的華僑城歡樂海岸中心綠軸，以空間敘事的方式，充分表達(dá)對(duì)城市公共空間與地域文化結(jié)合的整體構(gòu)想。競(jìng)賽鼓勵(lì)通過建筑小品、藝術(shù)裝置、街道家具、標(biāo)識(shí)系統(tǒng)等多種元素，自由表達(dá)創(chuàng)意。通過這次競(jìng)賽，我們期待本土文化能以更獨(dú)特、創(chuàng)新、和諧的方式融入城市日?！挥羞@樣，本土文化才能展現(xiàn)出愈發(fā)持久、旺盛的生命力。

The theme of this competition is 'Coexist with Culture'. On the site of 700 meters long central green-axis of Zhongshan OCT Harbour, the participants will be able to express their vision of the symbiosis of urban public space and local culture through spatial narration. Meanwhile, creativity can be expressed freely through elements such as accessorial structures, installations, street furniture and signage system. By holding this competition, we hoped that the local culture will be able to immersed into the daily life of the city in a unique, creative and harmonious way. Only in this way can the local culture present durable and vigorous vitality.

Judging and Awards

評(píng)審將分為專業(yè)評(píng)審及網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)審兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。

Judging consists of two stages: Professional Judging and Internet Judging.

專業(yè)評(píng)審環(huán)節(jié)，評(píng)審委員會(huì)將評(píng)定競(jìng)賽一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)及優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)（即三十強(qiáng)），獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)如下：

Professional judging will decide the First, Second and Third Prize, as well as the Excellence Award (i.e. Top 30 design schemes). Awards are as follow:

一等獎(jiǎng)（1組）：獲獎(jiǎng)證書 + 獎(jiǎng)金8萬元人民幣（含稅）

二等獎(jiǎng)（2組）：獲獎(jiǎng)證書 + 獎(jiǎng)金3萬元人民幣（含稅）

After the Professional Judging, top 30 design schemes will compete for the Popularity Award in the stage of Internet Judging. The announcement of the top 30 winners and the Internet judging will be carried out through WeChat official account "有方空間" and "中山華僑城歡樂海岸". Internet Judging will not have any effect on the results decided by the Professional Judging. And the awards are as follow:

1. 本競(jìng)賽面向國(guó)內(nèi)外高校建筑、景觀、規(guī)劃等設(shè)計(jì)類相關(guān)專業(yè)在讀的大學(xué)本科、碩士和博士學(xué)生。允許以個(gè)人或小組形式參賽，每組成員不超過4人。

1. The competition is open to undergraduate, masters and PhD students from domestic and foreign higher education institutions undertaking programs in architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning and other design related disciplines. Individuals and teams of individuals are both acceptable, 4 members on a team maximum.

2. 參賽者可前往競(jìng)賽主頁(yè)（octzhongshan.archiposition.com），或長(zhǎng)按下方二維碼，在線填寫“參賽信息表”，成功提交后即為完成報(bào)名。

Design Tasks

6.1 場(chǎng)地條件 Site Condition

本次競(jìng)賽選取中山華僑城歡樂海岸中心綠軸為設(shè)計(jì)場(chǎng)地。中山是一個(gè)歷史悠久、文化底蘊(yùn)深厚的城市。中山華僑城歡樂海岸位于中山市石岐街道，總用地297283平方米，是一個(gè)集文化、旅游、娛樂、休閑、購(gòu)物、商務(wù)和居住等功能于一體的大型綜合項(xiàng)目。

The site of the competition is supposed to be the central green axis in Zhongshan OCT Harbour. Zhonghan is a city with long history and rich culture. The Zhongshan OCT Harbour, a large mix-used complex including culture, tourism, entertainment, leisure, shopping, business and residential functions, is located in Shiqi Sub-district of Zhongshan, with a total site area of 297283 square meters.

競(jìng)賽設(shè)計(jì)場(chǎng)地位于中山華僑城歡樂海岸中部，南北寬約50米，東西長(zhǎng)約700米，面積約為33000平方米。場(chǎng)地包含“中山廣場(chǎng)”及連接港口河兩岸的人行橋，為相對(duì)完整的線性空間，也是重要的城市視線通廊與景觀軸線。

Located in the center of Zhongshan OCT Harbour, the site is about 50 meters wide from north to south and 700 meters long from east to west, covering an area of about 33,000 square meters. The site, which includes Zhongshan Square and the footbridge across Gangkou River, is a relatively integrated linear space. It is also an important landscape axis and sight corridor of the city.

6.2 設(shè)計(jì)原則 Design Principles

在地性：具有鮮明的本土文化特征，契合當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蚺c人文特點(diǎn)。

整體性：突出公共空間的整體感，與周邊環(huán)境有機(jī)融合。

創(chuàng)意性：鼓勵(lì)開放的、新鮮的、貼近公共生活的設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意。

Locality: Design scheme should have distinct local cultural characteristics, and correspond to local climate and social features.

Integrity: Design should highlight the integrity of the public space, while organically integrating into the surrounding environment.

Creativity: Design ideas that are open, innovative and close to public life are encouraged.

6.3 設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn) Design Guidance

競(jìng)賽意在建立一個(gè)體現(xiàn)城市文化的活力公共空間。設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)考慮以下要點(diǎn)：

The competition aims to create a vibrant public space reflecting the culture of the city. The following points should be taken into account:

1. 滿足多元的公共活動(dòng)需求：中心綠軸公共空間主要滿足通行、休閑、公共交往、節(jié)慶活動(dòng)等功能，以步行為主，觀光電瓶車為輔。參賽作品應(yīng)提出可達(dá)性強(qiáng)、開放、聯(lián)通的整體優(yōu)化方案。

1. Meet the Needs of Various Public Activities: The central green axis public space provides functions of traffic, leisure, public communication, festival activities and etc. Pedestrian traffic is dominant, while battery car will also be planned. The design scheme should exhibit strong accessibility, openness and connectivity.

2. 建立完整的空間敘事邏輯，營(yíng)造景觀序列：參賽作品應(yīng)建立完整的空間敘事線索，講述中山的城市故事，形成有節(jié)奏的、富于變化的空間序列。

2. Establish a Solid Spatial Narrative Logic and Create Landscape Sequences: The design scheme should establish a solid spatial narrative logic to tell the story of Zhongshan, creating a rhythmic and varied spatial sequence.

3. 適應(yīng)本地氣候：設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)充分考慮嶺南地區(qū)的氣候特點(diǎn)，還應(yīng)考慮場(chǎng)地微氣候?qū)Νh(huán)境的影響。

3. Adapt to the Local Climate: Design should give full consideration of the climatic characteristics of Lingnan region, as well as the effect of the site microclimate on the environment.

4. 關(guān)注體現(xiàn)巧思的細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)：參賽作品在對(duì)場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃策略進(jìn)行整體表達(dá)的同時(shí)，亦可對(duì)能夠展現(xiàn)故事線和方案亮點(diǎn)的重點(diǎn)元素或關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)（數(shù)量不限），進(jìn)行表現(xiàn)。

4. Pay More Attention to the Details Reflecting Ingenuity: While expressing the overall planning strategy of the central green axis, the participants can also propose key elements or key nodes capable of highlighting the story line and the scheme (no limit on the number).

6.4 成果內(nèi)容要求 Submission Requirements

1. 競(jìng)賽官方語(yǔ)言為中文，可提供中英雙語(yǔ)作品，不得完全使用英文或其他外文。

1. Official language of this competition is Chinese. Documents in both Chinese and English are accepted. Document entirely in English or other foreign language will not be accepted.

2. 本次競(jìng)賽一律采用國(guó)際計(jì)量單位（米制）。

2. International standard units of measurement (metric unit) should be applied in this competition.

3. 設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容應(yīng)編排于2張豎版A1尺寸（594mm×841mm）展板，及一份TXT格式文件中。主要內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括：

1) 場(chǎng)地總平面圖；

2) 表達(dá)方案意圖的概念效果圖、分析圖、節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)圖；

3) 參賽者認(rèn)為必要的其他圖紙、實(shí)體模型照片；

4) 文字設(shè)計(jì)說明。

3. Design contents should be contained in 2 vertical A1 (594mm×841mm) presentation boards and a TXT file. The design contents should contain:

1) An overall site plan;

2) Renderings, analysis diagrams, and drawings of the details to express the concepts of the scheme;

3) Drawings and photos of physical model deemed necessary by the participants;

4) Design Description.

4. 作品提交截止時(shí)間為北京時(shí)間2021年9月9日24:00。所有參賽文件均為電子文件，所有參賽作品將由組織策劃?rùn)C(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一打印和展示。

4. The deadline for submission is September 9th, 2021 24:00 (UTC+8). All the documents should be submitted in digital format, and all the works will be printed and displayed by the co-organizer.

5. 競(jìng)賽成果的具體要求以競(jìng)賽文件為準(zhǔn)。

07 注意事項(xiàng)

Special Notes

1. 電子圖紙中不得出現(xiàn)任何有關(guān)作者姓名和所在院校的文字或圖案等信息。

2. 各小組請(qǐng)僅提交一份參賽作品，嚴(yán)禁重復(fù)提交。

3. 競(jìng)賽評(píng)委不得作為指導(dǎo)老師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生參賽。

4. 參賽者同意并遵守本競(jìng)賽內(nèi)容及競(jìng)賽規(guī)則；競(jìng)賽主辦單位對(duì)競(jìng)賽規(guī)則擁有最終解釋權(quán)。

5. 主辦單位支付競(jìng)賽獎(jiǎng)金后，競(jìng)賽一、二、三等獎(jiǎng)獲獎(jiǎng)作品的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)（署名權(quán)及法律規(guī)定不可轉(zhuǎn)讓的權(quán)屬除外）永久、獨(dú)家轉(zhuǎn)讓給競(jìng)賽主辦單位。

6. 參加本次競(jìng)賽但未中選的參賽方案的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，屬于參賽方所有。主辦單位及組織策劃?rùn)C(jī)構(gòu)有權(quán)對(duì)競(jìng)賽中提交的所有競(jìng)賽成果進(jìn)行無償使用，包括在評(píng)審結(jié)束后公布評(píng)審成果，并通過傳媒、專業(yè)雜志、專業(yè)書刊或其他形式介紹、展示及評(píng)價(jià)競(jìng)賽成果。

7. 參賽方應(yīng)保證競(jìng)賽成果中所有內(nèi)容均為參賽方原創(chuàng)，不得包含任何侵犯第三者知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的資料。如發(fā)生侵權(quán)行為，將由涉及侵權(quán)的參賽方自行承擔(dān)一切法律后果。此情形下，主辦單位有權(quán)取消其參與本次競(jìng)賽的資格，造成主辦單位和組織策劃?rùn)C(jī)構(gòu)損失的，參賽方還應(yīng)賠償所有損失。

8. 與競(jìng)賽相關(guān)的信息最終以競(jìng)賽文件為準(zhǔn)。

1. Any text or marks in relation to the author's name or institution should NOT appear on the drawings.

2. Only one design scheme can be submitted by each team. Multiple submissions are strictly prohibited.

3. The juries are not allowed to tutor any participants enrolled in the competition.

4. All participants must agree and abide by the contents and rules of this competition. The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of the competition rules.

5. After the organizer pays the bonus, the intellectual property rights of the top eight winning design schemes (except for the right of authorship and the rights which are not transferable according to law) will be permanently and exclusively transferred to the organizer.

6. The participant owns the intellectual property rights of the un-winning or un-selected design scheme. The organizer and the co-organizer have the rights, free of charge, to use all the design materials submitted in the competition, to publish the results after the evaluation, and to introduce, display and evaluate the design scheme through media, professional magazines, professional books or other forms.

7. The participants should ensure all contents of the design submissions are originally developed by themselves and contain no content which may infringe on the intellectual property rights of a third party. Otherwise, the participants involved in infringement will be held liable to bear all legal consequences and disqualified for this competition. The organizer has the right to request to return or not to pay the relevant bonus, and to compensate the organizer and co-organizer for all losses caused.

8. For information related to the competition, the Competition Document should prevail.
