建設(shè)成眉高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶，通過以帶聚人、以帶筑城、以帶興產(chǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新賦能、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚，是貫徹落實(shí)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)等國家戰(zhàn)略部署的重要舉措，是推動(dòng)成德眉資同城化暨成都都市圈建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵一招。為提升成眉高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶對(duì)外招引辨識(shí)度，打造具有標(biāo)志性的產(chǎn)業(yè)IP，現(xiàn)將以競(jìng)賽方式開展“成眉高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶標(biāo)識(shí)體系設(shè)計(jì)全球征集”活動(dòng)，面向全球設(shè)計(jì)師征集地標(biāo)牌裝置設(shè)計(jì)方案和LOGO圖標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)方案。最終確定的設(shè)計(jì)方案將被使用于產(chǎn)業(yè)帶內(nèi)各大產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)等實(shí)地場(chǎng)景、成眉高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶各大媒體傳播平臺(tái)及部分相關(guān)工作場(chǎng)域。
The construction of the Chengdu-Meishan High-tech Industrial Belt,through gathering people,building cities,and promoting industries,is an important measure to achieve innovation empowerment and industrial aggregation,and to implement national strategic deployment such as the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,and a key move to promote the integration of Chengdu,Deyang,Meishan,and Ziyang,as well as the construction of the Chengdu Metropolitan Circle.In order to enhance the recognition of the Chengdu-Meishan High-tech Industrial Belt and create a symbol of industrial IP,the"Global Call for Entries for Chengdu-Meishan High-tech Industrial Belt Signage Design"will be launched through a competition.The competition is open to designers around the world to submit designs for landmark sign installations and logo designs.The final selected design will be used in various industrial parks within the industrial belt,as well as in major media platforms and some relevant workplaces.
征集內(nèi)容Contents
本次設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽主題為“成眉高新、創(chuàng)享未來”，立足于成渝雙城地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)城市形象設(shè)計(jì)與展示，主要針對(duì)成眉高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶標(biāo)識(shí)體系進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)方案征集，包括成眉高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶地標(biāo)牌裝置設(shè)計(jì)類競(jìng)賽和成眉高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶LOGO圖標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)類競(jìng)賽。為保持同一識(shí)別度，鼓勵(lì)參賽者同時(shí)參與兩類競(jìng)賽，將地標(biāo)牌裝置設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)化為LOGO圖標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)。
The theme of this design competition is"Chengdu-Meishan High-tech,Creating Future".Based on the design and display of urban image for the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,the competition mainly focuses on the design of the identification system for the Chengdu-Meishan High-tech Industrial Belt,including competitions for landmark installations and logo designs.In order to maintain consistency and encourage participation,contestants are encouraged to participate in both competitions,and to transform the 3D built landmark sign installations design into a 2D logo design.

天府大道中軸南延線以四川成都天府新區(qū)標(biāo)志牌和眉山天府新區(qū)標(biāo)志牌兩端為界，場(chǎng)地位于天府大道中央長約210米、寬約8米的綠化帶內(nèi)。
The site is located in the central green belt of Tianfu Avenue,approximately 210 meters long and 8 meters wide,between the signage of Chengdu Tianfu New Area and Meishan Tianfu New Area at the two ends of the south extension of the central axis of Tianfu Avenue.
對(duì)地標(biāo)牌裝置的外觀及結(jié)構(gòu)等進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)，參考后續(xù)建筑建設(shè)總費(fèi)用150萬以內(nèi)預(yù)算進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，包括平面圖、立面圖、效果圖、初步結(jié)構(gòu)圖，并對(duì)概預(yù)算、材料使用以及設(shè)計(jì)寓意等予以說明,需體現(xiàn)“成眉高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶”和“天府大道科創(chuàng)大走廊”寓意或字樣。（報(bào)名后詳見資料包任務(wù)書）

This competition is open to all,and registration is available through the Chengdu-Meishan High-tech Industrial Belt WeChat official account.Participants,whether individuals or organizations,should enter the account and click on the"Design Competition"button at the bottom right of the page to register for the corresponding category before 6:00 pm on March 26th,2023.There are no qualification restrictions for registration,but team information and contact details of the primary contact person must be submitted.(For the landmark installation design competition,leading registrant need to sign and submit a confidentiality agreement,which can be downloaded from the link provided below.Companies,social organizations and other groups participating in the competition need to affix their official seals).Upon successful registration,the registration number and design data packagewill be sent to the contact person's email.

報(bào)名的同時(shí)或報(bào)名成功后，還需補(bǔ)充提交資質(zhì)業(yè)績證明材料（報(bào)名者需將所有材料整合為1個(gè)PDF或壓縮包提交），提交截止時(shí)間亦為2023年3月26日18:00之前。資質(zhì)業(yè)績證明材料包括但不限于：有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照或商業(yè)登記證明、企業(yè)資質(zhì)證明文件、獲獎(jiǎng)證明、項(xiàng)目業(yè)績等。

The organizing committee and expert team of Chengdu-Meishan High-tech Industrial Belt will review and score the qualification and performance materials submitted by the participants.The highest additional score of 20 points will be given to those with excellent qualifications and outstanding performance.

The organizing committee will organize a panel of experts to evaluate and score the design plans.For landmark signage installation design,the symbolic and spiritual meaning accounts for 30%,creativity accounts for 30%,and practicality accounts for 40%.For logo design,symbolic and spiritual meaning accounts for 40%and creativity accounts for 60%.

鼓勵(lì)獲獎(jiǎng)單位按照參賽報(bào)名組隊(duì)情況和招投標(biāo)規(guī)定或相關(guān)要求，參與后續(xù)擬進(jìn)行地標(biāo)牌裝置落地工作的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，允許落地方案在適當(dāng)位置標(biāo)注設(shè)計(jì)建設(shè)單位名字和主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)師名字。
Winning teams and units are encouraged to participate in subsequent optimization designs and on-site installations of the landmark signage installations,based on the team composition and bidding requirements or related regulations.The design and construction unit name and the name of the chief designer can be marked in an appropriate position on the installation.

版權(quán)與法律Copyright and Legal
（一）所有參加本競(jìng)賽的設(shè)計(jì)成果署名權(quán)歸設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)或設(shè)計(jì)人員所有，獲得地標(biāo)牌裝置設(shè)計(jì)類比賽前3名和創(chuàng)意獎(jiǎng)5名以及LOGO圖標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)類前3名的單位和個(gè)人，均需同意指導(dǎo)單位、主辦單位、協(xié)辦單位有權(quán)無償使用所有設(shè)計(jì)成果，包括在評(píng)審結(jié)束后公布評(píng)審成果，并通過傳媒、專業(yè)雜志、專業(yè)書刊或其他形式介紹、展示及評(píng)價(jià)設(shè)計(jì)成果。所有參賽的設(shè)計(jì)成果在評(píng)審后不退回設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)。
（二）設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)保證設(shè)計(jì)成果中所有內(nèi)容均為設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)原創(chuàng)，不得包含任何侵犯第三方知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的資料，如發(fā)生侵權(quán)行為，將由涉及侵權(quán)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)自行承擔(dān)一切法律后果，并取消其參與本次競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)的資格。
（三）主辦單位提供所有資料（文字、圖紙、電子數(shù)據(jù)等）均受版權(quán)保護(hù)。未經(jīng)授權(quán)，任何機(jī)構(gòu)和個(gè)人不得將內(nèi)容復(fù)制、改編、分發(fā)、發(fā)布、外借、轉(zhuǎn)讓，否則將依法追究其相應(yīng)法律責(zé)任，并取消其參與本次競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)的資格。
（四）適用法律。本次競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)規(guī)則受中華人民共和國法律管轄，競(jìng)賽工作和所有文件適用中國法律，若發(fā)生爭議，經(jīng)協(xié)商不成時(shí)，雙方同意提交仲裁委員會(huì)進(jìn)行仲裁。仲裁為終局裁決，對(duì)雙方當(dāng)事人均有約束力。
（五）保密。競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)結(jié)束前，設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)或其設(shè)計(jì)人員未征得主辦單位、承辦單位、協(xié)辦單位和策劃單位許可，不得以任何方式披露、公開或展示設(shè)計(jì)成果，否則將依法追究其相應(yīng)法律責(zé)任，并取消其參與本次競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)的資格。
（六）本次設(shè)計(jì)作品不得有違背中國法律法規(guī)或公序良俗的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容，否則將依法追究其相應(yīng)法律責(zé)任，并取消其參與本次競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)的資格。
1.All design works submitted to this competition are owned by the design institutions or their designers.The top three winners of the landmark sign installation design competition,the top five winners of the creative award,and the top three winners of the logo design category are required to agree that the guiding units and groups,organizers,and co-organizers have the right to use all design works for free,including publishing the evaluation results after the evaluation,and introducing,displaying,and evaluating the design works through media,professional magazines,professional publications or other forms.All design works submitted to this competition will not be returned to the design institutions after the evaluation.
2.The design institutions shall guarantee that all the contents in the design works are original and do not contain any materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.If any infringement occurs,the design institution concerned shall bear all legal consequences on its own and be disqualified from participating in this competition.
3.All materials(text,drawings,electronic data,etc.)provided by the organizers are protected by copyright.No organization or individual may copy,adapt,distribute,publish,lend or transfer the content without authorization.Otherwise,the corresponding legal responsibility will be investigated and the disqualification of participating in this competition will be processed.
4.Applicable laws.The rules of this competition are subject to the jurisdiction of the laws of the People's Republic of China,and the competition work and all documents are subject to Chinese laws.If a dispute arises,the two parties agree to submit it to the arbitration commission for arbitration if they cannot reach an agreement through consultation.The arbitration is a final decision and is binding on both parties.
5.Confidentiality.Before the end of the competition,the design institutions or their designers shall not disclose,publicize,or display the design works in any way without the permission of the organizers,co-organizers,and planning units.Otherwise,the corresponding legal responsibility will be investigated and the disqualification of participating in this competition will be processed.

6.The design works submitted to this competition shall not contain any design content that violates Chinese laws and regulations or public order and good customs.Otherwise,the corresponding legal responsibility will be investigated and the disqualification of participating in this competition will be processed.
