自2021年1月14日江蘇省蘇州市相城區(qū)人民政府發(fā)布了“青苔中日工業(yè)設(shè)計村”概念設(shè)計方案國際競賽公告后，本項目受到了城市規(guī)劃、建筑、景觀業(yè)界的密切關(guān)注，國內(nèi)外設(shè)計單位報名者踴躍，以不同的聯(lián)合體形式提交了豐富的報名文件，截止2月22日，主辦方收到了近50家單位的有效報名資料。
Since January 14, 2021 when the People's Government of Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province issued the Announcement on International Competition for Conceptual Design of “Qingtai Sino-Japanese Industrial Design Culture Village”, the Project has received close attention from the urban planning, architecture and landscape industries, and attracted many applicants from design firms at home and abroad to enthusiastically sign up and submit registration documents in different forms of consortium. As of February 22, the sponsor has received valid registration data from nearly 50 firms.
2021年2月23日，“青苔中日工業(yè)設(shè)計村”概念設(shè)計國際競賽預(yù)審會議在江蘇省蘇州市相城區(qū)召開。為保證入圍評審的專業(yè)度，我們與第三方顧問機構(gòu)聯(lián)合邀請了6位不同維度的專家作為評審委員，包括同濟大學《時代建筑》戴春女士、著名建筑師張應(yīng)鵬先生、蘇州大學建筑學院吳永發(fā)院長、蘇州科技大學楊新海先生、以及2位政府機構(gòu)代表洪斌先生和楊健先生。
The pre-qualification meeting of International Competition for Conceptual Design of “Qingtai Sino-Japanese Industrial Design Culture Village” was held in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province on February 23, 2021. To ensure professionalism of evaluation, we invited six experts from different dimensions to serve as judges in collaboration with third-party consultants, including Ms. Dai Chun from Time + Architecture of Tongji University, Mr. Zhang Yingpeng, a renowned architect, Mr. Wu Yongfa from ARCH College of Soochow University, Mr. Yang Xinhai from Suzhou University of Science and Technology, Mr. Hong Bin and Mr. Yang Jian, two representatives of government agencies.
各位評委從設(shè)計機構(gòu)的概念提案、專業(yè)能力、相關(guān)業(yè)績、以及品牌影響力等復(fù)合角度，結(jié)合報名文件進行了長達4個小時的多輪審慎的投票、討論、附議，每位評審均對本次競賽提交的報名文件均進行認真仔細的審閱。在監(jiān)督員的現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督下，確定7家入圍單位及2家備選單位，具體名單如下：
Each judge carefully reviewed the registration documents submitted for this competition from different perspectives of conceptual proposal, professional competence, relevant performance, and brand influence of the design firm, combined with up to 4 hours of multiple rounds of prudent voting, discussion, seconding of registration documents. Under the on-site supervision of supervisors, 7 shortlisted units and 2 candidate units were finalized as follows:
