大旺新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)城概念性總體規(guī)劃及專項規(guī)劃編制國際競賽于2021年11 月 29日～2021年12月13日發(fā)布競賽公告，得到了眾多國內(nèi)外設(shè)計單位的熱烈響應(yīng)。提交參賽申請文件截止后，競賽主辦單位及承辦單位于2021年12月20日組織召開了資格預(yù)審會，并組織資格預(yù)審委員會對各參賽申請單位提交的文件進行評估和評選，擇優(yōu)評選出5家正式參賽單位（含聯(lián)合體，下同）及2家備選參賽單位,名單如下：
